Description

Learn how to change your PIXMA TR150's operation mode on a Mac computer.

Solution

Follow the steps below to switch between various modes of printer operation.

Change the printer operation mode

  1. Make sure that the printer is powered on.

  2. Select Printer settings from the Remote UI.

  3. Review the settings below and make necessary changes:

  • Custom settings - Detect paper setting mismatch.

    • If the paper settings in the printer driver and the paper information registered on the printer do not match, this setting disables the warning message and allows you to continue to print.

    • Deselect the check box.

  • Ink drying wait time.

    • You can set the length of the printer rest time until the next page prints.

    • The wait time is longer as the value set in the list increases, and shorter as the value decreases.

    • If the paper gets stained because the next page is ejected before the ink on the printed page dries, increase the ink drying wait time.

    • Reduced Ink drying wait time speeds up your prints.

  1. Select OK. The printer will operate with the settings you selected.
