Support code 1000 possible causes

  • There is no paper in the rear tray.

  • Paper is not loaded in the rear tray properly.

Resolve support code 1000

  1. Load paper or envelopes in the rear tray.

  1. Align the paper guides of the rear tray with both edges of the paper.

    Align the paper guide of the rear tray against the paper stack (guide shown in inset)

  2. Set paper information for the paper in the rear tray.

  3. Press the printer's OK button to cancel the error.

  4. To cancel a print job, press the printer's Stop button.
