Small Size Paper Is Jammed inside Printer

If the narrow width paper such as card size paper is jammed because it was loaded in the landscape orientation, remove the jammed paper following the procedure below.

  1. Load the same size paper as the paper that is jammed in the portrait orientation and then print.

    The jammed paper is ejected.

    Load paper that is the same size as the jammed paper

     Do not load the narrow width paper such as card sized paper in the landscape orientation.

If you were not able to remove the paper in step 1:

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it.

    If you're usin a battery, turn off the printer, then detach the battery.

  2. Open the print head cover.

  3. Push out the jammed paper to the paper output side.

     Do not touch the inner parts of the printer when pushing the paper.

  4. Pull the extruded paper from paper output side slowly and remove it.

    Pull the paper from the output side

  5. Gently close the print head cover.

    All jobs in the print queue are canceled. You'll need to print again.
