Learn how to remove small paper that is jammed in the PIXMA TR150.

Solution

Follow the procedure below to remove the jammed paper.

Remove small size paper jammed inside the printer

  1. Load the same size paper in the portrait orientation and then print. The jammed paper is ejected.

 Don't load narrow width card sized paper in landscape orientation.

Load paper that is the same size as the jammed paper

  1. If you're not able to remove the paper in step 1, continue below.

  2. Turn off the printer and unplug it. If a battery is used, turn off the printer, then detach the battery.

  3. Open the print head cover.

  4. Push out the jammed paper to the paper output side. Don't touch the inner parts of the printer.

  5. Pull the extruded paper from paper output side slowly and remove it.

  6. Gently close the print head cover.

  7. All jobs in the print queue are canceled. You'll need to print again.
