Follow the procedure below to remove the jammed paper.
Remove small size paper jammed inside the printer
-
Load the same size paper in the portrait orientation and then print. The jammed paper is ejected.
Don't load narrow width card sized paper in landscape orientation.
-
If you're not able to remove the paper in step 1, continue below.
-
Turn off the printer and unplug it. If a battery is used, turn off the printer, then detach the battery.
-
Open the print head cover.
-
Push out the jammed paper to the paper output side. Don't touch the inner parts of the printer.
-
Pull the extruded paper from paper output side slowly and remove it.
-
Gently close the print head cover.
-
All jobs in the print queue are canceled. You'll need to print again.
