Resolve support code 1600

  • If the lamp on the ink tank is flashes, ink may have run out.

  • Ink tank replacement is recommended.

  • If a print job is in progress and you want to continue, press the printer's OK button with the ink tank installed. Ink tank replacement is recommended after.

  • If multiple ink lamps flashes red, check the status of each ink tank.

 The printer may be damaged you continue to print under the out of ink condition.
