Review the information below if you can't print with the current print settings because Force ink tank selection is set to Black only.

Resolve support code 21F0

• To ignore the Force ink tank selection setting and print with the current print settings, press the printer's ON button. The printer will begin to print.

• To print using the Force ink tank selection set to Black only, press the printer's Stop button to cancel the print job. Change the print settings and print again.
   

Good to know

• When Force ink tank selection is set to Black only, you can print on plain paper, hagaki with bordered printing, and envelopes.
