Support code 2500 causes

 Automatic print head alignment failures are caused by the items below:

  • Print head nozzles are clogged.

  • Paper of size other than A4 or Letter is loaded in the rear tray.

  • Paper output slot is exposed to strong light.
     

Resolve support code 2500

  1. Press the printer's OK button to cancel the error.

  2. Check the print head condition by printing the nozzle check pattern.

  3. Load one sheet of A4/Letter-sized plain paper in the rear tray.

  4. Check to make sure the printer's paper output slot is not exposed directly to strong light.

  5. Perform the automatic print head alignment again.

  6. If the error is still not resolved, press the printer's OK button to cancel the error, then perform print head alignment manually.
