Turn off the printer and turn it back on.

Turn off the printer and unplug it.

Detach all cables and battery.
If detaching the battery solves the problem, only the battery needs to be repaired.

Attach the AC adapter to the printer, plug the printer in, and turn on again.

If the support code is still not resolved, the printer needs to be repaired.
