Before you begin

Printer in use

  • Wait for the print job to finish.

  • Wait for the warm up cycle to finish.

  • Complete paper information registration.

  • The printer will start to print automatically when it's ready.

No paper

  • Load paper, and select Continue on your PictBridge (Wi-Fi) compliant device, or press the printer's OK button.

Paper jam

Printer cover open

  • Close the print head cover on the printer.

No print head

  • Check the support code on the printer's LCD and take the appropriate action to resolve the error.

Waste tank full / Ink absorber full

  • The ink absorber is nearly full.

  • Check the support code on the printer's LCD and take the appropriate action to resolve the error.
