Solution

To load paper into the SELPHY Square QX10, follow these steps.

  1. Press the Open button to release the lock, and open the paper compartment cover.

    Press the Open button to release the lock, then open the paper compartment cover

  2. Set the paper (up to 10 sheets) with the printing surface (the surface without the Canon logo) facing downward. Avoid touching the printing surface.

    Load the paper face down into the printer

     Align the edge of the paper with the circled parts. Don't push the paper to the back of the compartment.

  3. Close the paper compartment cover.

    Close the paper compartment cover
