Software Setup CDs are not typically available for purchase for consumer printers and scanners.  However, most drivers and related software can be downloaded from the Drivers and Downloads section of the product page for your model.  Be sure to check here for any available downloads.

 Stand-alone software CDs such as Photoshop Elements will not be available for download from the Canon website.
