Mode 2When the shutter button is pressed completely, only one shot will be taken. While you keep holding down the shutter button, the camera operation will be suspended. DisableBe sure to set it to [Disable] if you use a TS-E lens for shifting or tilting the lens or if you use an extension tube. If [Mode 1] or [Mode 2] is set, the standard exposure may not be obtained, or an irregular exposure may result.

  • Defocused image areas may be incomplete when shooting near maximum aperture at high shutter speeds. If you dislike the appearance of defocused image areas, shooting as follows may give better results.
- Shoot with [ : Silent LV shoot.] set to [Disable].
- Shoot using Silent shutter.
- Lower the shutter speed.
- Increase the aperture value.
  • If [Mode 2] is set and you use a wireless remote control (sold separately), the operation will be the same as with [Mode 1].
