Adjust Auto Power Settings - PRO-300

Description

Learn how to adjust the Auto Power settings from the operation panel of the imagePROGRAF PRO-300.

Solution

Your printer can be set to turn off after a specified length of inactivity or turn on automatically if a print job is sent. To adjust these settings, follow the steps below.

  1. With the printer powered on, use the up Up or down Down arrows to select Various settings. Press the OK button.

  2. Printer settings will be selected. Press the OK button.

  3. Use the up Up or down Down arrows to select Energy saving settings. Press the OK button.

You will be able to adjust the Auto power off and Auto power on settings.

Auto power off settings

With Auto power off selected, press the OK button.

Use the up Up or down Down arrows to select the duration of time that the printer will stay on while idle (no print jobs sent, no buttons on the printer pressed). Press the OK button.

Use the up Up or down Down arrows to select Auto power on. Press the OK button.

Use the up Up or down Down arrows to select ON or OFF.

ON: If the printer is off, it will automatically turn on when receiving a print job.

OFF: If the printer is off, it will not respond when receiving a print job.
