Cause

Print head may not be installed properly or may be damaged.

What to Do

Take the corresponding actions below.

• Install the print head.

• If the print head is already installed, remove and reinstall it.

  Then close the top cover.

• Turn off the printer and turn it back on.

If the measures above do not solve the problem, servicing may be required.
