Printing a Color Document in Monochrome

Black and white image

Follow the steps below to print a color document or image in monochrome.

  1. Select Quality & Media from the pop-up menu on the Print Dialog.

  2. Check the Black and White Photo Print check box.

  3. Click Print.

    When you print, the document is converted to grayscale data. It allows you to print the color document or photo in monochrome.

 During Black and White Photo Print, inks other than black ink may be used as well.
