How do I reset the settings on the PIXMA TS5320 / TS6320?

Solution

You can reset various settings on the PIXMA TS5320 / TS6320. Follow the steps below to reset these settings.

  1. With the printer powered on, press the OK button on the HOME screen.

  2. Use the up Up arrow or down Down arrow arrows to select Device settings and press the OK button.

  3. Use the up Up arrow or down Down arrow arrows to select Reset settings and press the OK button.

The Reset settings menu will appear.

You can reset the following:

  • Web service setup only

    Sets the Web service settings back to the default.

  • LAN settings only

    Sets the LAN settings back to the default. If you were using the printer wirelessly before, you will need to reconfigure the printer to use it wirelessly again.

  • Settings only

    Sets the settings such as the paper size or media type back to the default.

  • Reset all

    Sets all settings you made to the printer back to the default. The administrator password specified by Remote UI reverts to the default setting.

     You cannot set the following setting items back to the default:

    • The current position of the print head

    • The language displayed on the LCD

    • CSR (Certificate Signing Request) for encryption method (SSL/TLS) setting

Use the up Up arrow or down Down arrow arrows to select the settings you want to reset, then press the OK button. You will be prompted to confirm if you want to reset the settings you chose.

If you reset the settings, you will see a confirmation message that the settings have been reset. Press the OK button when you see this message.

The settings have been reset.

Press the Back Back button button repeatedly until the HOME screen appears.
