Where are the missing parts for my Colortrac SC 42c Xpress Repro Stand?

The below listed parts (circled in red with an arrow pointing to them) are not needed with Canon configuration of the Repro Stand for the Colortrac SC 42c Xpress and therefore are not in the box.
