  1. Open the IJ Printer Assistant Tool.

     If you don't have the IJ Printer Assistant Tool installed, you can download it from our website.

  2. Select View Printer Information.

    Select View Printer Information (outlined in red)

  3. A range indicating the total number of sheets used will be displayed in the Printer Information window. The serial number for your printer will also be displayed.
