Unable to scan using CaptureOnTouch on macOS 10.15 (or later) using USB-C adapter.

 The newer Macbooks do not have a USB Type-A port. Customers need to use a USB hub to connect our scanners. Since there are many inferior USB hub products available, and some do not work properly, it is recommended to use a genuine Apple or certified USB hubs.


While we understand that newer Mac computers do not have a USB-A type port. When connecting the scanner to Mac computers (without a USB-A type port) via a USB hub, it is recommended to use a genuine Apple or USB certified hub.
