Printing a List of Registered Destinations

You can print a list of the fax/telephone numbers and can keep it near the printer to refer to when dialing.

1. Make sure that the printer is powered on.

2. Load paper.

3. Flick the HOME screen, and then tap FAX.

   The Fax standby screen is displayed.

4. Tap Function list.

5. Tap Print reports/lists.

6. Tap Directory list.

7. Tap an item to print.

   • If you selected Recipient:

     The confirmation screen to select whether to print the list in alphabetical order is displayed.

     If you tap Yes: Prints RECIPIENT TELEPHONE NUMBER LIST in alphabetical order.

     If you tap No: Prints RECIPIENT TELEPHONE NUMBER LIST in the order of the ID number.

   • If you selected Group dial:

     The printing confirmation screen is displayed. Tap Yes to print GROUP DIAL TELEPHONE NO. LIST.
