Scanned Documents Are Pale or Dirty
A possible cause may be that the platen glass or feeder is dirty, or there is a problem with the scanner driver. Check the following.
Isn't the platen glass or feeder dirty?
Clean the platen glass or feeder.
Is scanning via other applications clear?
If scanning via other applications is clear, there may be a problem with the scanner driver or software. Reinstall the scanner driver or software.
