Learn how to use the operation panel of the imagePROGRAF PRO-300 to enter the password for a wireless network to establish network connectivity.

Solution

You can connect the imagePROGRAF PRO-300 to a wireless network by manually entering in the password for that network via the operation panel. This process is known as Manual connect. Follow the steps below to use this process to connect the printer to a wireless network.
  1. With the printer powered on and showing the HOME screen, use the Up or Down button (A) to select LAN settings and press the OK button.

  2. Select Wi-Fi and press the OK button.

  3. Select Settings and press the OK button.

  4. Select Wi-Fi setup and press the OK button.

  1. Select Manual connect and press the OK button.

  2. Select your wireless router and press the OK button.

  3. One of the screens below will appear.

    If "Connected to the wireless router." appears, the network does not require a password. Continue from step 8.

  4. Press the OK button.

  5. Enter the password. Text entry is case-sensitive.

    If you don't know the password for your wireless router, see the wireless router manual or contact its manufacturer.

  6. After entry, select OK on the keyboard, and then press the OK button.

  7. Press the OK button.

  8. When the screen below appears, press the OK button.

  9. Press the HOME button (B).
