If your printer is showing the wrong language on the screen, this article will show you how to change it.

Solution

If your printer is showing the wrong language on its screen, follow these steps to change the language to the one you want.

  1. Press the Back  button repeatedly until the HOME screen is displayed.

  2. Press the OK button on the HOME screen.

  3. Press the DOWN button 3 times and press the OK button.

  4. Press the DOWN button 6 times and press the OK button.

  5. Use the UPDOWN buttons to select the language for the LCD and press the OK button.

    The desired language appears on the the LCD.

  6. Press the OK button.
