Entering Numbers, Letters, and Symbols - TR7020

Description

This article will show you how to enter numbers, letters, and symbols into the PIXMA TR7020 using its operation panel.

Solution

To enter letter, numbers, and symbols on the printer via the operation panel, follow the steps below.

  1. Press Wireless connect button to select the type of character you want to enter.

    Press Wireless connect button to switch between lower case letters, upper case letters, numbers, and symbols.
    The selected mode is indicated by the character displayed in the center of the screen.

  2. Press Up or Down to select the character you want to enter, and then press OK button.

  3. Repeat steps 1 to 2 to enter additional characters.

  4. After entering all characters, press Start button.

 To delete the last character, press Stop button.

 The cursor can not be moved.

 After changing the text entry mode, pressing OK button before selecting a character enters a single space.

SP: Indicates a single space.
