Your printer can be connected to a wireless router via the WPS push button method. This will allow you to establish a wireless connection between the printer and router without having to enter in the network password. To establish a wireless connection via the WPS push button method, follow these steps.

1. With the printer powered on, press the MENU  button.

2. Use the arrow buttons to select Wireless LAN setup , then press the OK button.

   The printer will search for nearby wireless networks.

3. When this screen appears, press and hold the WPS button on your wireless router for about 5 seconds. Then, press the OK button on the printer.

   

    For more information on the WPS button, please refer to the documentation that came with your wireless router.

4. When the printer has connected to the network, press the OK button.

   

 If the printer doesn't automatically detect a WPS-compatible network, select WPS in the Wireless LAN setup menu, then press the OK button.

Push button method will be selected. Press the OK button.

When this message appears, press the OK button.

When this screen appears, press and hold the WPS button on your wireless router for about 5 seconds. Then, press the OK button on the printer.

When the printer has connected to the network, press the OK button.
