Unable to print mixed page sizes in Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe Reader

Description

This article provides a workaround for being unable to printer mixed pages sizes in Adobe programs. If "Enable Protected Mode" is checked, mixed pages size documents no longer print correctly. Please be aware that Adobe has released an optional update to resolve this issue.

Solution

Follow the steps below as a workaround.
  1. Launch Adobe
  2. Click on Edit (from Menu Bar)
  3. Click on Preferences
  4. Click on Security (Enhanced)
  5. Uncheck "Enable Protected Mode at startup (Preview)"
  6. Click Yes on the popup
  7. Click on OK
  8. Close Adobe and then Re-Launch Adobe

The Optional Update released Feb 15, 2021 (21.001.20138) resolves this issue.
