To enter characters on the PIXMA G620, follow the steps below.

Press 
to select the type of character you want to enter.
Press to switch between lower case letters, upper case letters, numbers, and symbols.
The selected mode is indicated by the character displayed at the upper right of the screen.

Press 
or 
to select the character you want to enter, and then press the OK button.
You can enter the character displayed at the upper right of the screen.

Repeat steps 1 to 2 to enter additional characters.

After entering all characters, press and hold the OK button for at least two seconds.
To delete the last character, press the Back 
button.
To cancel the text entry, press the Stop 
button.
The cursor can not be moved.
