How to Disable IPv6 - PRO-1000

Description

If your PRO-1000 is connected to your network but does not have an IPv4 address, disabling IPv6 may help resolve this problem.

Solution

To disable IPv6 on your PRO-1000, please follow the steps below. 

 Although the steps below will show Wi-Fi, disabling IPv6 will also affect Wireless Direct and Wired LAN.

  1. From the HOME screen, use the arrow buttons to select Various settings and press the OK button.

  2. Select Device settings and press the OK button.

  3. Select LAN settings and press the OK button.

  4. Select Other settings and press the OK button.

  5. Select TCP/IP settings and press the OK button.

  6. Select IPv6 and press the OK button.

  7. Select Yes and press the OK button.

  8. Select Enable/disable IPv6 and press the OK button.

  9. Enable is selected by default. Select Disable and press the OK button.

    After processing for a few moments, IPv6 will be disabled.

To enable IPv6, follow the steps above, but select Enable and press the OK button.
