Paper Feeds from Wrong Feed Source (Windows) - PRO-200 / PRO-300

Description

This article shows a printer driver setting that can be adjusted if the PIXMA PRO-200 or imagePROGRAF PRO-300 feeds paper from the wrong source when printing from a Windows PC.

Solution

If paper feeds from an incorrect source when printing on a Windows PC, follow the steps below to adjust a printer driver setting which will prevent this from happening.

  1. Open the printer driver setup window.

  2. Click Print Options... on the Page Setup tab.

    Click Print Options... (outlined in red)

  3. Place a check in the box for Disable the paper soruce setting of the application software, then click OK.

  4. Click Apply, then click OK.

Close any open applications where you were attempting to print (if necessary), then attempt to print again.
