Solution

To find the firmware version on the MAXIFY GX6020 / GX7020, you can either display it on the touch screen, or you can print a nozzle check pattern (GX6020 / GX7020).

Follow these steps to display the firmware version on the touch screen.

  1. With the printer powered on, tap the Hint Hint icon icon.

  2. Tap System information icon System information.

The firmware version is shown as Current version.
