Description

Learn how to remove jammed media from the Mk1500 if no message is displayed on the LCD.

Solution

The tube or tape may wind itself around the roller inside the printer when it is ejected improperly after printing or it is improperly fed after replacement. If you happen to turn off the printer after the Media JAM message is displayed and you can't clear the jam according to the displayed messages, you can removed the jammed printing media using the Feed function in the maintenance mode.

1. When the printer is operating (printing), keep pressing the [Cancel] key until a beep sound is heard.

If the printer is not powered on, turn it on.

2. Open the cover.
