Entering characters
Enter the following characters:
ex. Res 7-1

Enter Res 7-1.
 To enter uppercase letters or the characters that appear on the top half of the keycaps, press and hold the [Shift] key, then press the desired key.
If you enter an incorrect character
Press [Back Space] to delete the character and then enter the correct one.

To enter uppercase letters only
If you only want to enter uppercase characters (for example, SYSTEM), it is more convenient to press the [Caps Lock] key than type while holding down the [Shift] key. When you press the [Caps Lock] key, letters are entered as uppercase letters and the system is set to Caps Lock input mode. If you want to enter a lowercase letter while in Caps Lock input mode, simply type it by holding down the [Shift] key.

Entering symbols
Enter the following characters:
ex. 
When the character size is set to 1.3 mm, no symbol can be entered.

Enter 250.
If you enter an incorrect character
Press [Back Space] to delete the character and then enter the correct one.

Press [Symbol].

Press  ,  ,  , or  to select  .
|
|

Press [Enter].

This enters the symbol .
