Files and Folders
You can save text as files in the printer's internal memory. To save text as a file, you need to give it a name. the purpose of the file name is to allow you to quickly identify the data that is stored in that file.
You can also delete saved files.
Up to 20 files can be saved.
Saving character data
Character data that has been created can be stored in files.
A total of approximately 7,500 characters of character data can be saved. For example, if you hae already saved a file containing 50 characters, an additional 7,450 characters can be saved.
ex. Save the character data that has been created in a file named "Switch 1".

Press [Regist.].

Press  or  to select 1:New, then press [Enter].
File names may contain up to 8 characters.

Type Switch 1, then press [Enter].

Press [Enter].

Do not turn the power off when "Now saving..." is displayed.
Turning the power off during file saving can damage the data.
Up to 20 files can be saved.
You can save up to 20 files. If you attempt to save more, Already 20 files ! appears.
Overwriting
If you attempt to save a file with the same name as a file that already exists, Same file name exists. Overwite? appears. Select [Enter] if you want to overwrite, or select [Cancel] to save with a different name.
