Follow the steps below to access CarePAK information for products registered in your My Canon Account.

Sign into your account. https://mycanon.usa.canon.com/signin

When you have signed in, any products that you have registered with your My Canon Account will be shown. If you have an active CarePAK associated with any of your products, you will see the remaining length of coverage for each product with a CarePAK.
Select the product in question to see more detailed information, including the CarePAK activation code, date of activation, and CarePAK end date.

Select CLOSE to close this information.
