Touch Screen Shows Wrong Language - TR8620

Description

This article describes what to do if the wrong language is shown on the touch screen of the PIXMA TR8620.

Solution

If the wrong language is displayed on the touch screen of your PIXMA TR8620, follow the steps below to display the correct language.

  1. Press the HOME button and wait for about 5 seconds.

  2. Select the  (Setup) icon.

  3. Select  (Device settings).

  4. Tap the down arrow  three times.

  5. Select the bottom setting item.

  6. Select a language for the touch screen.

    Select the language you want to see on the screen

  7. A confirmation message will appear. Tap the left option below the message.

    The specified language will be displayed on the touch screen.

    The specified language is displayed on the printer's touch screen

    Tap the HOME button to return to the HOME screen.
