The automatic print head alignment has failed.




The automatic print head alignment has failed due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Print head nozzles are clogged.

  • Paper other than A4 or Letter size is loaded in the rear tray.

  • Paper output slot is exposed to strong light.


What to Do

Select OK on the printer's touch screen to cancel the error and take the corresponding actions below.

After carrying out the above actions, perform automatic print head alignment again.

If the error is still not resolved, press the printer's OK button to cancel the error and perform manual print head alignment.
