Solution

To adjust the print quality of the PIXMA G7020 when using a Mac, follow these steps.

  1. Open the Print dialog (typically opened by selecting Print... from the File menu).

  2. Select Media & Quality from the pop-up menu. If you don't see Media & Quality, select Show Details to expand the Print dialog.

  3. Select the quality level that you want to use.

  4. Click Print.

The print quality is adjusted.
