It is possible that you are experiencing radio interference.

Adjust the channel being used until a channel is found where the units do not become disconnected/de synced. Many common devices, such as routers for your home network, use the same 2.4 Ghz band that the flashes use for communication. If the channel being used has multiple devices operating at a similar frequency, interference can occur.
