This article shows how to see how much space remains in the maintenance cartridge for the imagePROGRAF TC-20 / TC-20M.

Solution

Follow the steps below to see how much space remains in the maintenance cartridge.

  1. Select i in circle (Information) on the HOME screen.

  2. Select Maintenance cartridge information icon Maintenance cart. info..

    The Maintenance cartridge usage screen appears.

    When Caution icon appears on the touch screen, the maintenance cartridge is nearly full. Prepare a new one.

     To replace the maintenance cartridge, select Replace.
