If the [OK] button in the menu is unavailable, please check the following.
Solution
- Please ensure that no third party power accessories are connected to the camera. Please power the camera via the included battery, or via an official Canon AC power adapter kit (if available).
- If your camera has more than one memory card slot, please make sure only the card with the firmware update is in the camera.
- Ensure that there is only one .FIR firmware update file on the memory card.
