If you receive the mesage “Activation Service Access Failure” when attempting to activate your EOS Webcam Pro subscription, please try the following steps:
- Check the time of the computer. This can be done using a website that syncs with network time servers and show the official time. If your computer clock is even a little bit off, there can be issues activating your subscription.
- Log out of your account in EOS Webcam Utility Pro, restart your computer, and attempt to log in again.
