Unable to set date / time on the TC-20

Description

Follow the steps below if you are unable to set the date or time on your new imagePROGRAF TC-20.

Solution

If the ink tank cover is open, you may not be able to advance beyond the date screen during the initial setup of this printer. Close the ink tank cover and you should be able to complete the setup.

Close the ink tank cover
