You can save the text data you have created as a "File" in the device. In addition, the product comes with 10 pre-made "folders," and each folder can hold up to 99 files.

[Example] Save the created data in "Folder 1" with the file name "A-1."

Do not turn off the power while the fi le is being saved. If the power is turned off while saving a file, the data may be destroyed.
If you try to save a file with the same name as a file that has already been saved,
the following message will appear. If you want to overwrite the file, select [Yes].

The
file name of the saved data cannot be changed. If you want to change the file name, save it again with a new name.
There are two types of loading for saved files: "New" and "Add." Depending on the selected mode, the data will be loaded as follows.

When a file with text exceeding the cut length is inserted into data with a specified cut length, if you load it as "text only," the characters past the cut length will be deleted, then the text will be displayed.
This is how to delete a saved file.
Select one of the following options for file deletion.
One file:
Deletes only one file in the folder.
Folder contents:
Deletes all the files in the folder.
All files:
Deletes all files in all folders.
