You will need to log into your My Canon Account.  If you don't have one, you will need to create one. Once you are logged into your My Canon Account, you will abe able to activate your CarePAK.

If you are not taken to the activation screen after creating your account and/or logging in, then locate and click on the left menu option for "CarePAK Activation".
