Description
If, while scanning, your scanner constantly pauses (or perhaps completely stops), it is possible due to insufficient computer memory. Several scanning conditions can use a large amount of computer's memory, causing the pausing or stopping.
Solution
To reduce the strain on the computer's memory resources, please reduce the resolution (dpi) or page sizes. Also, if [Moire Reduction] and [Prevent Bleed Through/Remove Background] are enable, please disable them.
