Unable to scan using CaptureOnTouch over the network with a DR-G2110 or DR-G2140 scanner

If you are unable to scan using CaptureOnTouch over the networ, please check the scanner settings in the Driver Setting Tool.


When setting up the scanner via network, it MUST be typed in as the model number and not named in the manner which the customer would want it.
So, either DR-G2110 or DR-G2140 (depending on your model).
