This article shows how to enable or disable IPv6 on the PIXMA TR7820 / TS7720.

Solution

To enable or disable IPv6 on the PIXMA TR7820 / TS7720, follow these steps.

  1. With the printer powered on and showing the HOME screen, tap the Network icon.

    Tap the Network icon (outlined in red)

  2. Tap Wi-Fi.

  3. Tap Advanced.

  4. Tap TCIP/IP settings.

  5. Tap IPv6.

    Tap IPv6 (outlined in red)

  6. Tap Yes.

  7. Tap Enable/disable IPv6.

  8. Tap Enable or Disable. IPv6 is enabled by default.

    Tap Enable or Disable

  9. After enabling or disabling IPv6, press the HOME HOME button (house symbol) button to return to the HOME screen.
