Learn how to use the Canon PRINT app to crop and print images right from your ChromeOS device.

Solution

Before you begin

  1. Install the Canon PRINT app on your device.

  2. Connect to your printer.


Use the crop feature and print a photo

  1. Open the Canon PRINT application and select Photo Print.

  2. Select the image(s) you want to print, then tap Next.

  3. When the image displays, select the Crop icon. Crop icon

  4. Rotate the frame if desired.

  5. Use Pinch-To-Zoom to your desired size. Slide or swipe the image up, down, left or right as needed to fit the desired content in the crop frame. When finished with adjustment, tap OK.

  6. Select Print Settings to make any changes such as size, media type etc.

  7. Select Print to print your cropped image.

  8. Select OK. Printing is complete.
