If you're experiencing banded / streaked / smudged prints with the imagePROGRAF TC-20 / TC-20M, try toggling the Prevent Paper Abrasion setting to correct the problem.

With the printer powered on, select the Setup 
icon from the HOME screen.

Select Printer settings.

Select Print settings.
-
Select Prevent paper abrasion.
-
Select ON or OFF.

Press the HOME 
button to return to the HOME screen.
